Do you like stabbing little veggies then drenching them in goodnes . . . well then here you go. Veggies are skewered and doused with a honey ginger marinade. This was made for us by Chefs Erika and Maggie at the second Comida Y Cultura gathering. Note that thanks to my trusty lab rats I found out that only half a tub of tofu was needed for this recipe! If u like a lil more kick add some more of the sambal olek . . . aka rooster sauce!
