Why is everything so good soooo expensive?!?!?! This dish . . . the Haloumi salad . . . is amazing. However I must warn u it is only to be made for those u are really trying to impress as the cheese alone costs $10 (when I first made this three years ago Haloumi was $7 at whole foods . . . darned inflation!) Thanks to the amazing Chefs Dan, Veronica and Ravi for making this tasty dish for the second Comida Y Cultura gathering! This dish was voted best of the day!
