For some reason San Diego seems to be the only place I can find delish potatoe 
tacos. In an effort to save the world of the carbon dioxide emitted from my trusty truck, in what would need to be a monthly trip to San Diego, I have created my own recipe. These lil buggers make some of the best comfort food I have had . . . ever!
